There are a number of ways that iCAPS offer our clients support and assistance. You can chose the method which best accommodates your business.
Support queries may be logged either by telephoning the main office on 01453 835271 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Click the appropriate link in the menu to access the iCAPS upgrades area where you can download the latest versions of Icaps and related applications. By downloading new software directly from our website, customers can quickly and easily gain access to new features. A password is required to access this area and can be obtained by contacting the iCAPS office.
Click the Remote Support link in the menu to access the iCAPS remote support area where you can grant an iCAPS support operative temporary remote access to your system. Describing and diagnosing support issues over the phone can be a slow and frustrating process at the best of times but, by using remote access, iCAPS can view and remote control the customer’s system in order to resolve problems more efficiently. A password is required to access this area and can be obtained by contacting the iCAPS office.
Please note that Remote Support should be used by prior arrangement with iCAPS so that we can ensure someone is available to accept the connection request from the customer site.
