You should exclude the following files and/or folders from On-Access scanning by your antivirus software.  Methods for doing so will depend on the AV software used.

Server folders
\icaps\win_pgms\*.* (the location where your Icaps programs live).
\icaps\livedata\*.* (the location where your Icaps data lives).

Local folders
C:\WinIcaps_Local_Data\*.* (the local work folder used by Icaps).

Files to be excluded
*.dta
*.idx
*.dbf
*.cdx
*.fpt
