Microsoft have introduced the UWP printing dialog for all apps in Windows 11.  This can cause delays when a program calls the print dialog which can be unacceptable.  To restore the Legacy printing dialog you need to add a key to the registry as per the information on this web page:

For Icaps systems you should find a batch file in the \icaps\win_pgms folder called EnableLegacyPrintW11.bat which will change the settings for this.
